Nasiol XR03 is a consumer and prosumer nano ceramic coating kit that forms a thin protective layer on prepared automotive paint to improve gloss, water beading and resistance to common environmental fallout.

What surfaces can XR03 coat? Painted bodywork on cars and similar vehicles, plus headlights, taillights, rims and many black plastic trim pieces. Do not use on unlacquered plastics, paint newer than about three months, low-quality resprays, glass, textiles, tyres or absorbent parts.

What prep is required? Wash thoroughly, decontaminate if needed, polish with silicone and wax free compounds where the paint needs it, then panel-wipe with a dedicated prep cleaner such as Nasiol Clean before coating.

How is it applied? Wear the supplied gloves, charge a suede on the block with a few millilitres, wipe a section no larger than about 1 m², wait for beading (often around 30 seconds), then level and buff with clean microfibres. Replace suede every few panels and keep the coated car clean and dry during the first day of cure.
